WITCH

the witch is a deity, overseeing the lake, her main building, and the similar areas surrounding it. anyone that attempts to enter will become a subject of her own personal toolry. she has a strong disdain for the good witch and anyone in her way, despite using them for her own gain regularly.

ABILITIES:forming portals/wormholes, spawning objects, seeing into the future,access to the dream world, and turning people into stone.

GOALS: she is the root of ALL EVIL IN OZ. she is just a woman that wants to watch the world burn. her main goal is to bring magic to the outside world, a motive that nobody else agrees with.
