screow was created originally by a farmer who previously owned the field he would live in. he prefers being called screow rather than scarecrow, deriving from his own misspelling of his name. he doesn't remember being created, or much prior to meeting tom. the farmer that created him and screow were incredibly close and the farmer would teach screow about the world and what life was like, until he didn't show up one day. after that, the only human interaction he had was confused lost people. his lack of social interaction due to being left alone for so long makes him appear as childish to people around him and he tends to look on the bright side of everything out of naivety.
